I downloaded the driver and installed it as per the 3 mobile intructions without luck. I then clicked on the properties of the 3 mobile icon and changed the comtablity mode of the .exe from XP to Vista service pack2 and it sprang back to life immediatley The exe is "Program Files\3 Mobile Broadband\3Connect\Wilog.exe" Ron I had this problem.
